We had recently moved to an old house with a fireplace. Since I never owned one before, I thought it would be best to find a company that could clean the chimney and inspect it for us before we had our first fire. I called Enchanted Chimney Sweeps and scheduled a service call. Tim showed up on time and was exceptionally thorough. He explained to my wife and I that the previous owners had refaced the fireplace, but left an open seam with drywall showing. He explained that it would only be a matter of time before it caught fire if not repaired. I can appreciate great service at a reasonable rate!

We called Enchanted Chimney Sweeps initially for a WETT Inspection. Our wood burning insert did not pass the inspection and because of insurance purposes we had to have it removed. They were incredibly helpful in telling me how to remove my wood burning insert on my own so I wouldn't have to pay them to do it (which saved us around $600). I also had them do some repair work on my chimney and fireplace. Once again, they provided economical solutions that I could do on my own so I wouldn't have to pay them to do it. Overall, they were incredibly honest, helpful and conscientious. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their chimney or fireplace.
